Now leasing: iconUAF (Grand Forks Herald story)

Ink from the Grand Forks Herald on iconUAF’s two multi-use facilities, now available for tenants at Grand Sky. See the full article here. An excerpt:

“Icon’s business development director Kyle Kvamme said they’re aiming to provide office, lab and workshop space for smaller UAS companies who want to be at Grand Sky but can’t afford to build their own facilities. Northrop Grumman, the massive aerospace and defense company, signed a lease last month to become the park’s anchor tenant, and General Atomics has expressed interest in the project.

Icon’s facilities will mean ‘companies smaller than Northrop Grumman and General Atomics can get on the field, and get airfield access without having to come up with these huge sums of money and to go through all the red tape of designing and building and permitting,’ Kvamme said. ‘You’ll be able to move in just as if you were renting a leased space on 42nd Street.'”
