The Grand Forks Region EDC assists businesses seeking both local and state incentives and works closely with them to ensure optimal support. Local programs include the Grand Forks Growth Fund, which provides low-interest loans up to $500,000 for property in Grand Forks County, working capital or equipment purchases; match loans and workforce recruitment tax abatements.

North Dakota Department of Commerce
North Dakota offers tax incentives for businesses including:
